Entering Fall

It’s that time of year again! Back to school, leaves ready to fall, days starting to get shorter.

That’s right. Fall’s right around the corner!

With fall almost here, our summer event is over, and planning is in big time stages for November Mini and Christmas Session.

Summertime with SYP

Hello Everyone! I hope your summer is going great so far, whether you be working, studying, or chillaxing.

And what better way to spend your summer than with SYP?

Saskatchewan Youth Parliament is hosting their Summer Event at Arlington Beach, Saskatchewan. It’s a great, relaxing experience with some debate and a whole lot of fun!

So I encourage you to give it a try. Due date for applications is July 5th.

I hope that the rest of your summer goes absolutely awesomely!

Life After March Mini

Well, everything is continuing and sailing smoothly after the March Mini. Thank you to all who participated and our MCA Billy Brown for making the March Mini totally awesome.

Now it’s time to get geared up for more SYP fun! First things first, the Western Youth Parliament is coming up. Secondly, stay tuned to the website for more details on future events.

Working with You

Hello Everyone. As Minister of Public Relations and Communications, it is my job to interface with the media, MLA’s, and you, the general public. When news comes up, I will let you know what is going on. As well, if you have a member from your community as a member of Saskatchewan Youth Parliament, keep you eyes on your local newspaper for more information.

On top of this news feed for Minister of Public Relations and Communications, don’t forget to watch various other parts of the website for more news. Each cabinet member has their own news feed to keep you posted on what is happening under their portfolio. Our primary news feed keeps you posted on the latest news and happenings at Saskatchewan Youth Parliament. The primary news feed also features an RSS feed available on the home page and the news page (also, each cabinet news feed has its own RSS feed). As well, our events page tells you what Saskatchewan Youth Parliament events are coming up, and when they will be happening.
