Hello fellow SYP-ers, As this is the last cabinet report of the year, let me bring you up to speed on my most recent doings and a few of the exciting things to come!

I started things out by firstly preparing a draft menu. (Which I think you will find quite delightful to your palate at session!) Then I busied myself with preparing and mailing out 111 donation letters for session. This took a long time but is starting to pay off as I already have received three donations for the organization, (two door prize donations and one food donation,) and I am in contact with a fourth potential donor. Apart from donations I have been looking into transportation for session and different ways of going about it in a fiscally responsible way for our organization.

Correspondence has also been made with the RCMP to ensure there will be an honour guard at the opening and closing ceremonies. In addition, I have been in contact with the legislative building with regards to the booking of rooms and other such things involved with our use of the legislature! And as a last note on what I have been up to, I was recently in contact with our contact at the Travelodge with regards to an evening activity, and let me just say, it will be super fun!!!

In the months to come, I will be occupying myself with following up on donation letters, finalizing details for Session, and generally making this Session the best one ever!
