Privacy Policy
1) Definitions
Saskatchewan Youth Parliament defines the following terms as such
a) "Member" as anyone who has attended, will be attending, or who has provided personal information to
Saskatchewan Youth Parliament
2) Use of Information
Saskatchewan Youth Parliament
a) Reserves the right to collect information from members should it be required
b) Will notify the member should this information be required
c) Will only use this information for Saskatchewan Youth Parliament
d) Under no circumstances, other than legal requirement, distribute the personal information of members
to third-party organizations
3) Member Agreement
As a member of Saskatchewan Youth Parliament, you agree
a) That you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy statement
b) You are never legally obligated to disclose personal information to Saskatchewan Youth Parliament
c) If personal information in certain cases is not disclosed, it may result in limitation of participation with
Saskatchewan Youth Parliament
d) Saskatchewan Youth Parliament is not liable for damages caused by negligence of the member to
disclose required personal information (i.e. allergy information)
4) Future Amendments and Revisions
Saskatchewan Youth Parliament
a) May revise and/or amend this Privacy Policy in the future
b) Reserves the right to amend and/or revise this policy without notice
c) Should a revision and/or amendment take place, a member shall be under the privacy policy of time of
registration (i.e. member who registers before amendment and/or revision will be under previous Privacy
Policy)
